Folding Baguette is a long term project based on devising a way to fold a baguette into a smaller, more convenient package. The project began in 2005 and has been in development ever since.

Chef Alex Bigot, an excellent French patisier from Cambridge is a collaborator in the project, and is currently devising new methods of creating the edible hinge, as seen in the small prototype images below:
